I agree with the fact that Americans had not the technology to pass through the Van Allen bands. But I found out that they were helped by extraterrestrial technology. This fact was revealed by Luca Scantamburlo, an Italian journalist, in a book written in 2010 entitled Apollo 20 The Disclosure. He succeeded to interview both commanders of the Apollo 19 and Apollo 20 missions which were performed in 1976. The first one refused to have its name revealed but used the codename MOONWALKER1966DELTA. I discovered that the Apollo 19 commander was John Young, the astronauts'chief, and the commander of Apollo 16 mission in April 1972. But, he explained that the word Delta was a reference to an extraterrestrial technology teacher to a group of astronauts during the GEMINI missions. The second commander of the Apollo 20 mission, was William RUTLEDGE who was stayed unknown to the public. He revealed all the 2 secret missions because he was not invited to the 40th anniversary of the first Apollo mission on the Moon, in 2009. This book is very important because, it reveals that, Americans used an extraterrestrial technology to pass through Van Allen bands. But this technology is no more available by NASA, but is currently used by secret space program since 1980.
