I just listened to Gosia's new live video about the DNA, so I thought to post some remedies against de-myelination od nerve cells

and heavy metal detoxification:

Just be careful, it is better to be assisted, supervised, when detoxing, as it could become a rough ride.

Hello Friends,

there is this podcast with an integrative MD Miles Nichols that discusses and gives good advises in case of hard to diagnose and follow-up  treatment of  complex medical conditions, coupled with psychological issues due to  mold, bacteria, viruses:

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/m … 0551788292

quote:

In this enlightening episode Dr. Miles Nichols shares his profound perspective on how we can rise up out of fatigue, mystery illness, autoimmunity of the brain, and the sad state of medicine today. Too often we are given diagnoses that only explains symptoms RATHER than helping patients address the root cause of illness.

Furthermore, there is an exorbitant amount of space for us to find something greater than pain as a motivation for change.

Rather than doing life from the perspective of "barely hanging on and if something happens I will fall" attitude, what kind of world would we live in if as a culture we were looking through the lens of optimizing life?

Surely we'd reach for excellence in our health, lives and relationships.

There is a co-arising mind-body process to healing and an opportunity to uncover things beyond the un-diagnosable symptoms. It is not OK for a patient to have symptoms yet their doctor say they are fine or it is all in their head.

What happened: Early Friday, SVB announced that it was going to abandon its plan to raise $2.25 billion to cover losses in its bond portfolio. It needed cash to keep itself going, but it was having trouble finding investors.

The bank said that it was looking for a buyer to keep it from going under.

Well, its clients got nervous at that prospect and decided to pull all their money out in a panic, ensuring that the bank would crash.

...

The banking group's troubles stem from a decision made at the peak of the tech boom to park $91bn of its deposits in long-dated securities such as mortgage bonds and US Treasuries, which were deemed safe but are now worth $15bn less than when SVB purchased them after the Federal Reserve aggressively raised interest rates.
...
Banks don't actually have enough cash (especially physical cash) to let us withdraw all our money. Not even close.

This means that, unless your money is FDIC insured, you won't get it back. FDIC generally covers deposits up to $250,000; after that point, it's a bloodbath for businesses and richer individuals to see who can get their money out the fastest.
...
Think of it this way: This is the second-largest bank failure in U.S. history after Washington Mutual in 2008.
...
Conclusion: Banks are gambling with money they don't have to prop up monetary policies that destroy their foundations in an effort to virtue signal for woke governments.

If you think SVB is the only woke bank that's going to fail, you're in for a rude awakening!

Well, let's just get  organized locally...

Maybe this could save us from the whole CBDC scam if people  loose their trust in the whole banking system and start organizing locally...just a dream so far, but who konows...

Hello Friends,

I have found a well researched study about the microbiome and the different diseases that are likely to develop in case of disturbances. You are free to access them and choose the one which is of interest by accessing the links below:

dr Elizabeth A Lipski  - Probiotics and disease series:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27980495/ -* short presentation
Probiotics and Disease: A Comprehensive Summary-Part 1, Mental and Neurological Health

Abstract
This article series provides a literature review of the disease-specific probiotic strains studied in published clinical trials in humans and animals. The goal of the series is to provide clinically useful tools. The table designs allow for quick access to supportive data related to disease states and will be helpful as a guide for both researchers and clinicians. This first article (part 1) focuses on mental health and neurological conditions. Future articles in this series will review conditions related to cardiometabolic and fatigue syndromes; ear, nose, throat, respiratory, and infectious diseases; immune and dermatological conditions; cancer, gastrointestinal and genitourinary; followed by an article focused on food-based probiotic strains and nutritional supplements. This literature review is specific to condition, probiotic, and strain and also lists currently available products and foods in which these probiotics can be found. In part 1, we explore the role of probiotics in balancing mental health and neurological issues. Conditions in mental health include anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and autism. Neurological conditions include age-related cognitive decline, hepatic encephalopathy, cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, traumatic brain injury, and multiple sclerosis.

And , if interested, you can go to the following link to read the full 9 articles:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5145013/  full text

Caveats!

Be sure to choose the right probiotic strain – name and code associated !

Do not take for long, just to reveal the sympthoms or prevent a cold in springtime, etc . You might just disregulate your own specific microflora.
In the meantime, diversify your diet by including fermented foods, prebiotics and increased contact with nature – soil, animals, vegetation, sunlight!

You might be intolerant to probiotics in case of histamine allergies, MCAS, moldy environment, candida overgrowth, when experiencing  periods of stress – anxiety, unhealthy dietary habits, intoxications with heavy metals, plastics,  after antibiotic  treatments, etc.
