Without watching the video and just going through the time line above, I can say they missed (perhaps this is in the video) “the Act of 1986” in the US. Here is where the more overt planning began. The Pharma companies claimed they were not making any money due to the ongoing lawsuits from vaccine injury. Keep in mind, at the time children got only perhaps 5-6 vaccines, (now it is over 10x that). So the lobbyist went to Congress/Senate (likely with suitcases in hand filled with cash) and made a case, which essentially went like this.... ‘we are getting killed with lawsuits so we may just out of the vaccine business. But someday a worldwide pandemic may occur and we will be the only ones that can stop it. But we will not if can get sued’. So give us immunity (my pun) and.....’. The bill was passed and signed by then President Reagan. The pharma/vaccine companies not only got full immunity, along with doctors and nurses, but they also began a lucrative relationship where the gov’t promotes, and sometimes requires, the product for them. So the politicians and medical mafia keep getting richer, while the public has their immune system compromised creating more customers for big pharma. To manage the damage they set up a vaccine court which has a very high bar to prove cause. This special court has since paid over $4 billion in the US for damages but that money is exclusively tax payer money. Since that time the number of autistic cases has risen exponentially and is still going. I think in 1990 autism was like 1/10,000, but by 2000 it was around 1/150 - 1/200, around 2016 it was around 1/60 and i read somewhere that last year it is around 1/35. So now we have a rate of 3% and climbing. Autism is just one example of the damage done to human health.
Only immunity vaccines have is to protect those that push them for profit.
Also, with regard to the “war on virus” it can be said that the concept of dangerous virus, going viral... has all been part of predictive programming to get people to think that a virus (or at least the word) is evil, (certainly not something that comes from within to detox and heal a weak person). My point here is like many bad roads, they lead back to Gates. The term ‘virus’ went viral when software like Gates’ Microsoft can get a virus. Then we need a antivirus software to inoculate the computer. I alway thought it was interesting that every time a major computer virus hit, a new vaccine, I mean new antiviral fix would come out within a very short time, just like CV. Seems like health virus and computer virus have common ground - Gates?

In the event of a pandemic, "basic civil liberties such as freedom of assembly or travel" could no longer „taken for granted". Restrictions on liberty, as well as mass vaccinations, were regular features of the planning games.
This lecture will chronologically trace how these exercises came about, who organized them, and what parallels the scripts have to the current situation. i think it has its place for measuring our stuff good enough so far ... but for interstellar travel and all we need to reintroduce what we already know and ask the other "races" to help in a way bigger way than before ... id like to order a taygetean spaceship too . how long does it take to build one ?
