Spiritual evolution is not based upon what planet you are on or what density/dimension you are in.

It is about mastering the present moment, with all of it's challenges.
It is about learning to 'be', to be anything and everything: to be bored, to be ecstatic, to be in love, to be in poverty

Thinking in terms of more/less spiritually advanced is part of the domain of ego. Ego will dictate that this race or that race, that this person or that person, is more spiritually evolved.

If you are having troubles here now, then that is your challenge, your mission. Wanting to leave and be somewhere else is to desire yourself to become weaker and weaker. Be here now, be present, tbh you don't even really have a choice because time moves on whether you want it or not.
Understand that all is temporary and that it will be over before you know it, but did you squak like a hen and complain the whole time, or did you peacefully accept each present moment, slowly breathing and being mindful of every moment?
