I think I feel the effects of the iron. But I didn't expect so fast. I was even avoiding iron rich foods before. I had a pale anemic look. Now it's the opposite. My cheeks are flushing very quickly, which was impossible to do before. It usually makes an impression on others and they ask me why I am red. I think it has to do with the blood pressure. Lol
They're turning red like Santa's cheeks. And hot. Maybe the iron is too much for me. Lol
