A message to all starseeds and Federation

I am posting this in spanish and english language on this forum, but if you think it matters, please translate to other languages and feel free to share.

We are living in dark times, but we need to do something about it.

We all recived very powertful information from Taygeteans, Swarunians and specially from Sophia Swaruu. If we heard carefully: We can say that manifestation power is very important, the matrix is created with thoughts, the toughts all of we contribute to manifest this reality on Earth. We need to have a very firm aknowlwdge of that. We create reality, we have this power. I will not suggest organized "meditation groups" to manifest, because this may be useless and dangerous due to cabal infiltrations, they are watching and listening, and they may infiltrate this efforts. Sleeping -controlled- souls may be a real and present problem, but their energy is low. An awaken soul can manifest reality with exponentialy more force than an unawakened one, in Sophias words, paraphrasing ofcourse. Let's manifest changes in our lives, let´s take control, of our lives, lets's manifest a personal sphere of sovereignity, and give a message beyond Van Allen belts and to the whole universe. We are sovereign souls "focal points" of The Source and we will not feed more pain to this dangerous and cruel experimet "playground" on earth. Unnessecary pain for souls will not be allowed. This planet need more compassion and empahty from supossed advanced beings on the universe.
