Yes this song really makes the back of your head tingle.
That sound at the end is called a shepherd tone.
It has a symbolic meaning, because it's a tone that is eternally rising to our perception, unchanging and has no beginning and no end.
It was imitated by a group of singers and it's very hypnotising. This song has some depth for sure.
