Look how big have grown the 3 lions cubs and how happy they are. Oleg is taking them again on walk. It is difficult to bring them outside, have to do that when there are no visitors in the zoo. Imagine you walk in the zoo and see 3 lions in front of you even small ones and not aggressive. Some people are not ready for such encounter.

Weather is getting warmer and 3 lion cubs entered big open enclosure with swimming pool formerly occupied by family of tigers. It is only temporal, they will be joining soon bigger pride with the other lion cubs. Oleg also consider to continue walks with them 3 from time to time.

Oleg is meeting the famous 3 lion cubs with 6 other in one enclosure. New ones are raised by their mothers and are wild. 3 are white, 3 are ginger. 3 whites are females, 1 red is female and 2 are boys. You can see how they act when Oleg try to approach them, they are nervous, cautious, growling and can attack. They are all in similar age and have to get along with the 3 famous ones. Oleg says that in this age already is difficult to approach them and make human contact but is not impossible, will take more time than usual.

And another one from Taigan zoo, which is a bit weird and funny in the same time. Oleg is with the main lion Hammer(Chuk) feeding him with 25 kg piece of beef and trying to imitate lion's calling and with that making all the lions around to start roaring. Chuk is raised from little lion cub by Oleg and the zoo staff and now is one of the oldest lions. You can see his face covered with battle scars, he is some extraordinary lion, very good one(more like a human mannered than a brute terrible beast) but not to be messed with when is time for domination.

The whole Earth is like one big zoo. No one is free like should be free. Zoo that is made to resemble most like the natural world is place for resting and security for the animals and they can be close to humans(interact with) vice versa. When you can see some animals this close to you without becoming their prey and victim. A lot can be said. I also wonder why animals choose to be born and live in cages. And why people are born to live like slaves. Maybe some are empty vessels with basic consciousness but not all. Some are doing it for the difficulty and the challenge, to face themselves with the most difficult living like a prisoner with limited freedom to move and learn that they have more and better qualities of the character within. Why some animals are born to be victims and others are born to be predators. What is the fun of being chased and live in fear for your life, always watching and on your toes ready to run all the time. And same and similar can be said about the predators because they have to stalk and chase their prey which is not easy and can starve for long before they have opportunity to catch something.

I understand how you feel Betty L.

Sometimes the only option is to keep an animal in captivity, particularly orphaned cubs.

It is very difficult to teach an animal how to survive in the wild. They really need their Mom's...

Orphaned cubs are usually shot in this "neck of the woods", and it brings a tear to my eye when it happens.

Also when animals are seen not like object but like someone with a soul then the attitude of humans seeing them this way is on another level. They want animals to feel good, to have good living conditions, to be fed properly and to enjoy their stay in the enclosures. Some zoos make very creative living places where animals have what to do all day, to run, jump, play and this is how should be. Animals in zoos should feel free, should be loved and wanted by the humans containing them. And love is what makes life easy and enjoyable.

Yes I agree and freedom for us humans would include free energy and the ability to move around our world without paying so much money.

Primarily one of the reasons zoos exist is so that we could study the animal's behavior.  We rescue them if need be. It looks like we know quite a lot about the animals on this planet and how to survive with them. It's what I believe.

Why some people are born to live like slaves and some animals are born in cages? Is something that doesn't make sense to us but makes perfect sense to us on the other side of life.

What if an animal's consciousness is lowered to an instinctual level while they are here on this planet. All they know is to be a predator or prey.

It makes sense I understand how you feel Tardisman. Babies need to be taken care of. Zoo's are for public observation of animals in captivity. I remember visiting zoo's when I was younger, and they were always the least fun amusement park for me.

True freedom is possible only one way, to be Source 100%. Every other freedom that we think is freedom is actually a limitation. If something is missing, if something is felt incomplete is not freedom.

I think that every type of animal or any kind of being have initial amount of consciousness to work with and to be able to be what they are. It is decided for absolutely every kind of life how much consciousness they need and I think is very precisive. You cannot be an ant and to have consciousness of a bear, will be preposterous.

Also to add to my final thought. The initial amount of consciousness for every being is not a final and set in stone thing, it changes and grows and is possible to become something greater. Is not bound forever to be an ant or a bear.

Here's another video from Taigan. Oleg Zubkov show the new born tiger cubs. In this case their mother is not taking care of them, not feeding them and not staying with them and the babies have to be raised by humans or simply they will die. In my opinion is such cases big cat mothers revolt for being in captivity with refusing to raise further generations of their kind. Some big cat mothers are taking care for the young but some are not. And even striking monstrosities can occur in zoos like killing and eating own babies and not because big cats are hungry, they are well fed but some are doing this.

So humans have to raise the little cubs and is not easy, in every 2 hours cubs need feeding and massaging in this first stage of growing and someone have to do it day and night.
