Well I see karma very much how Yahzi states. Self reflection is always important. There are layers as well. Just as stated with med pods. Old patterns can show up again, however, every tool in the box can be useful. Karma is cause and affect, but ideas/attitudes turn it into something else.

Remember, people and their environment is being contaminated as well, ending up in their bodies. So everyone on this planet and elsewhere is affected by this. All is connected.

The UFOP seem to be ok with their behaviors, as long as it is contained.

I knew of Garyaev briefly when I was studying Cymatic information. You realize quickly, like so many things, they don't speak much of frequency and how it constructs reality. Just like they don't discuss true mental issues either.

We Are those higher density beings so we need to remember this and embody it.

This seemed like a good idea. It's not too late. We could commit to saying something like: " We are one. We are healthy and protected. We are Love. For our highest good, so it is." Three times a day and some days adding more emotion to the words then other days and our own words too.

Yes, I have been continuing. Probably, others also. For me though, I do feel that this idea of Garyaev is valid. I feel it ties in with frequency constructs and hyper dimensional geometry. I.e sacred geometry.

I would like something very simple, relatively short, something that we continually do many times a day. If the frequency is precise, then the timing shouldn't matter. Maintaining that frequency continually, from different time zones, people entering and leaving, but always someone vibing, all day long, everyday, would be wonderful.

To me the critical thing is to inspire the galaxy to stand up for Freedom. Some strong statement where we are welcoming and inspiring other races to stand beside us in Strength.

Things to avoid:
1) Grovelling (obviously), asking for help, too negative
2) For me, our own individual Point of Attention and the "direct" connection and Beingness" within is paramount. I dislike meditations where suddenly you are asked to consent to a New Age God entity or Arch Angel, that "stands in your way". I won't to consent to "representatives" of Source. Even the word Source may have a New Age connotations. Some people prefer The All That Is/The Pure Essence. So something without all that, words that would suit everyone would be good.

Perhaps something simple along these lines?
All Races Are United
We are Love.
We are Joy.
We are Strength.
We are Freedom
We are One

Lyran, such a wonderful idea.
Tecumseh, HortonHaW, Okcs, Jupiter9, BettyL, Celestial Marriage, Ariya, Mes333. I want to hear what resonates best with you in your words. And hopefully from many others.

Admittedly I felt the strong urge to contribute and I have imbued your ideas with Freedom, and it is longer than I hoped. For me the Freedom frequency is the most important. Get humans and our many families above to throw down their chains and realize who they are. But that is just me. I respect your wonderful power within and would prefer that power comes out in its own way, without influence from me and anyone else.

Although I understand my important need for my own shadow work, and it is happening, I don't feel we should wait until we are "perfect beings". We can do both. Lyran brought this idea up in an powerful timely way. I have been aware of the Cabal for 3 decades, and now the GF. No more !! Enough!

Imagine if we had 4000 members and others doing this. We have to do this. This one thing could make the difference at this critical time. We will not be limited by idea that we are limited !!!

We know our Pleiadian, Urmah, and other Friends are listening if nothing else. We know many humans here, who are almost standing, will feel this.

I'm heading into the woods for a segment of time, and will be out of contact. So I am going with this last above statement for now. I will meditate or even read this with power 3 times a day, minimum. When I come back, maybe you will have new words, and maybe you have set say 4 world times in a day where people can also join together, that would be wonderful too. Individual and mass vibing, both happening every day.

I look forward to seeing what you have done when I come back. Please save the world while I am gone. That would be so awesome.

I think people can say what resonates for them. Just imagine your other selves are there with you also meditating. The main thing is that we do it.

I do want to try the transmission thing for humanity on a larger scale. Maybe if we all play the files from Garyaev and imagine sending that to humanities collective DNA. Imagine a network around the globe.
