I only heard of two people being able to do this. They let go of everything and were able to exit after 15+ minutes.
Very interesting @nomad. Regarding these 2 people, is that something we can find on the internet to read about? And when you say they exited after about 15 minutes do you mean they disappeared? Which makes me think they would’ve had to exit on every single timeline. Could you elaborate more? Thx!

One of them was Jonathan from the Matrixxer channel. They did an interview with Gosia in the past. They share very advanced and practical information. I can link their channels below. The other person is no longer here.
Its the same as AP or other OBE. The consciousness awareness leaves to somewhere different and the body stays here until it dies. I dont know what happens in other timelines. Jonathan explained that he communicated with his higher self and was asked if he wanted to go back or somewhere else. In the cocoon he realized that he could leave the matrix.
