Sorry English only. Not really unusual, except for the constant use of the word extraterrestrial. It sounds like a typical body area network, which is everywhere. Quasi-static. Makes it more secure. Sounds like it is using optogenetics also. There appear to be some other features, but still generally the same.

How interesting a SETI patent is about a communication instrument that was or is used for communication with other races and other worlds.. patented file of communication instrument with other races in space???
