I'm scratching my head on how things manifest in the 3D. Is it coming from the matrix alone or the ether? Or both?

Both. It is all consciousness. Lots of matrix transcripts. We are attached to ideas that become our reality. As humans we have to learn to navigate both sides in a grounded, safe way. You can see our path as a collective toward pain avoidance, emotional and thought avoidance, as well. To the artificial, plastic reality sold to you like a shiny bobble.

Thanks Horton.

I think the Soul can make overzealous plans here as well. I've worked through 7 other traumatic incarnations so far, and I can feel theres soo much more. Plus the traumas from this life, and feeling through my bloodlines. My family traumas are ugly. Each one takes about a year and a half to work through, then the energies subside and leave. I have a calm feeling for a couple of days then the next trauma energies come flooding in. Its been non stop for me. My fight or flight was permanently on and adrenal fatigue was a serious issue. I think my souls an idiot lol.

Very sorry to hear that, but I am no stranger to those feelings. Make sure you are protecting yourself and go feed your soul. Keep in mind you are strong. Don't forget. Many here are in much more difficult situations with little help. At least from a human stand point. This feeling of dichotomy can create a schism in one's self. Not pleasant. Be well.
