Hello Everyone,
I would like to offer you some material that will help you to become more self-sufficient in treating some of common illnesses and alleviate pain with a simple stimulation of specific points and massage of certain areas.
I have to admit that I haven't made a video in my whole life, so will provide you some links to learn and practice this amazing tool which is literally at your fingertips and is drug free!
First some intro as what mechanisms are involved, then the link to all the videos made by an old Chinese teacher and some links to specific treatments.
where there were specific acupoints used, I provided the abbreviations so that you could look them up and find them easier, when the video hadn't catch the right angle.

There is an extraordinary amount of material there, Edith! I generally process info slowly (by the standards of 2022) but thoroughly. It might require several lifetimes to go through all that. Having said that, I shall adopt a smart and focussed approach. I think your attitude is spot-on - it's precisely what is needed for 'the new world' - learning to become as independent practically of the cabal-created or distorted organisations that go to make up what most people depend upon to their own detriment. Independence, initiative, are two of the keys.

Never worry, I haven't watched all the videos myself, just the few I listed.
All you need is to read the introduction, the first 2 links at APPLICATION TREATMENTS to be able to make a choice, and watch the video about the "magnet is the key to health" to understand the energetics.
And then choose the video that presents something that concerns you - let's say knee pain. This is it - start it somewhere where there is a need.
I started the massage without knowing anything about acupoints, but heaving frequent lumbar pain. One day I discovered that massaging the area around the inner hill and ankle took the pain away in minutes. After that I tried this on other people. I got a positive feedback as well.
Years after that, when our taichi instructor mentioned acupoints, meridians and so on, I already had discovered some "protocols" just by looking for painful spots. As I have said , I had so many problems, that I became the perfect guinea pig for applied study.
Later on I was present at each an every Chinese teacher's seminar that came to us. I have lots of material on these issues, also for herbal remedies that I grow in my garden.
And now, if somebody is interested, I am happy to help. Just get started. I'm sure it won't hurt.

Hi everybody,
I thought it would be useful to share with you a combination of massage, belly breathing and squatting called 312 Meridian exercise

This means:
3- refers to massaging three acupoints:
a) Hegu (Large intestine 4) on the hand
b) Neiguan (Pericard 6) above the wrist. I also press by simultaneously pinching the Triple Burner 5, situated at the same distance from the wrist line, on the upper side of the forearm)
c) Zusanli (Stomach 36) below the knee.
1 - refers to abdominal breathing, actually a form of simplified qigong (breathing exercise), through which Zhu believed could exercise the meridians in the abdomen area being closely related with chronic diseases.
2 - refers to the physical exercise of both legs. Zhu believed the most simple and effective exercise is squatting down and standing up, with palms down when you go down and palms up when you raise.
You have to watch the first video to locate the acupoints and to perform the exercises.
Regarding the belly breathing demo
-I would lay on my back, fold my legs to have soles on ground, pillow under head and a large book on the belly.
When I inhale for, let's say, 4-6 seconds on my nose - I push my diaphragm down, the stomach and the book raises, but the chest doesn't move. I hold my breath 3 sec.
Upon exhale on my mouth, for 6-9 seconds, I suck my belly, by moving the diaphragm up and the book goes down.Chest will not move at all!!! Pause for 3-4 second and repeat for 9 - 36 times.
Well, later on I had been using the belly breathing in another form called pipe breathing for stimulating the vagus nerve.
This combination is a good start to have several areas of your physiology activated which help restore and maintain good health.

Hello to everybody who hasn't have an ear-pulling for a long time !
actually is quite good for you, if done properly...and here come the instructions.
Auricular massage of the whole ear, entering every nook and cranny of the ear and the surrounding cranial area can be equivalent of a general body stimulation, as you can see, the whole body is projected on the ear.

Well, not just weight loss...but better mood, lighter movement, enhanced focus, freshness...so it worth doing.
Just start massaging both ears concomitantly, with the thumb and first finger , starting from the interior, towards the exterior, then the cranial area around/ finish by pulling the ears laterally , up and down.
On the cranium, in front of, behind and beneath the ears, there are several tender points from the urinary bladder and gal bladder meridians which will serve your health especially well if you tend to have headaches, migraines, ear pain, tooth pain or vertigo. Just massage them gently with your fingers
No special instructions are needed, rewards are immediate !!!
