If its coming out of Kim’s mouth it is dreadfully impossible to confirm. If Earth has been already liberated and now they are just maintaining the game server then I’m hoping it was minus 9 regressive units. Then again even Urmah has lost friendly forces due to “maintaining” the game server of EARTH.
