Keto and diet

This was something I wrote up for my father who was inquiring on some information he saw on netflix after I had to explain to him it was all propoganda and lies.  I had to explain to him that he needs to cut out his nasty processed food diet.  he has some personality defects as well so this is really an entire reformative imparting.  Hopefully it is not lost on him due to powdered butt syndrome.  (once they powder your butt, they do not view you as an information source to listen to)

here you go:

Frozen vegetables you can throw in oven or microwave can be a good go to.  Just read the ingredients

I can not use them typically as there is an additive added as part of the freezing and preservative process that disagrees with my digestive tract.  The same applies for most survival foods. 

Your biggest issue is the lie of cheating.  Keto allows for an occasional once in a while pig out day where you can cheat and fill up on your favorites usually it amounts to addressing missing nutrients and such you can't get anywhere but unhealthy foods.  You can not cheat on a daily or weekly basis.  This diet requires constant adherence to be successful. 

This diet will plateau for months and years at a time.  This is normal.

Do not lie to yourself and say it is ok to cheat, this is not a diet, it is a meal plan and a new way of life.  diets are temporary, this is going to be your life going forward.

BHT if you see as an ingredient, that was once used as insulation.

Benzene is another thing to avoid as an ingredient as it can cause benzene or benzoate poisoning.

Aspartame is another thing to avoid at all costs commonly found as artificial sweetner or nutrisweet brands.  In drinks exposed to high temperatures it can break down into embalming fluid((formaldehyde)(this is an argued point)), methol alcohol, phenylaline and asparatic acid.  A person is currently in prison for murder for a relative who loved aspartame  infused health drinks who died from methyl alcohol poisoning and was accused of poisoning the person when in fact the person poisoned themself when ingesting a health drink that had turned toxic from  high heat.

Truvia is another to avoid it is a chlorine purified form of stevia.  Chlorine is a combinant chemical in our environment and a nasty reagent.  In water it creates toxic perchlorates and known to break down PEX and polybutylene plumbing over time.  It will bind with anything it runs into and then will get ingested by us with a body unable to purge some complex chemical toxins.

Stevia alone is fine.

Xylitol is another to avoid.  In higher doses it is a diuretic and will make you purge your colon. 

Raw cane sugar is ok.

Most breads and tortillas use canola as a preservative anti insecticide.  Canola aka rape seed oil is extremely unstable under heat, light and pressure, which causes oxidation and releases free radicals inside the body. When canola oil is heated (aka. when we cook with it), it produces high levels of butadiene, benzene, acrolein, formaldehyde and other nasty compounds.

pickles as bun replacements are a working replacement I have found.  Another is to use lettuce or cabbage leaves in place of bread.  Ezekial bread is a good stand in as it is inline with biblical principals and is a gluten free alternative.

Country of origin and where it is packaged are also important tings to take note of.  Packaging requirements are a marketing shtick that many companies use to hide naughty ingredients and things you are trying to avoid in your diet.  This is what doctor atkins ran into on his branded foods as they were packaged in canada and canada did not have requirements on listing all forms of carbohydrates and he wondered why his stuff was not working.

breakfasts are going to be your bigger go to.  You can do a smoothie in the morning.  With the added pampered chef cup you can grab and go a smoothie for your lunch and the big thing is to get your body into ketosis.  I usually do an egg or two, chorizo sausage or beef patty or breakfast steak.  I am not a fan of pork as it messes up the cast iron skillet. 

coffee with mct and amish all natural butter is a good boost as well.  The key is to get full and get into ketosis overnight and keep it going in the morning until you hit lunch time.  As you shed more toxins you colon movements may be slightly irregular as toxins are purged that the body is unable to process at all.  This is normal as you are purging bad things.

Salads are a good go to for lunch or dinner.  But the big key is to either make your own dressings or very carefully vet the ingredients in what you do buy.  But ground beef or chicken are going to be a mainstay of things. 

Chicken city is going to be your friend as you can get  5 pound bags of chicken that you can repackage and the same with ground beef and steak cuts.  They are on par with prices at main chains but are at the stage before naughty things are added to enhance marketability of things.  Homestead is good but you have to buy things a case at a time and there is more processing involved, but it can be cheaper.  The brisket you buy there by the case is easily recut and frozen for later brisket stews and roasts.

The keto diet is goig to be hard as you are addicted to sugars and flours.  You have to change over to gluten free varieties and it will take a while to break the addictions of which you are unaware of.  The first few times you get into ketosis it will be like a flu.  This is known as the keto flu and is normal.  It is your body switching over to attacking your fat stores and processing any and all stored toxins. 

You can not go by label.  It is all about ingredients.  This is why most health food nuts do most all cooking at home and do not buy pre packaged stuff as it creates too many issues.  This is not something you can be told is true.  This requires countless hours of reading and constant learning.  The alternative health movement is on average 20 years ahead of mainstream health as far as acceptance and recognition.  The recent past decade of social media has shown that there are too many snake oil peddlers selling tobacco enemas (source of the phrase to blow smoke up ones arse.)  Nothing you see on mainstream news, youtube, or netflix is going to be good for you.  Most of that stuff is now excluseively on bitchute, rumble, and archive.org.  Even a gun maker had to move their videos to pornhub after youtube took them down.  Nothing good is going to be easily found.  This is why I suspect your mother had soo darned many cookbooks (which are my prized possession) she knew the same thing and it was darned difficult to find healthy foods that complied with diet restrictions.  as before the internet you went to conferences and got word of mouth notification on great books.  Now with the revisionist history, cancel culture, and immediate edits of facts one has to asume everything is a lie.  Not that one is trying to be a bigot, it is more being mentally hardened to prevent receipt of bad information of which there is a lot out there now.  Right now there is too much brainwashing going on so it is very hard to find the truth or as I like to say the truth is subjective which is a variant way to say that we are in a time of moral relativism. 

Remember they want us dead, they want us to take handfulls of pills, they want us zombified and befuddled and otherwise just dandy.

as part of shedding the weight you must also process any past traumas and stressors.  The body requires a sound and firm mind to stay healthy.  It has a bad habit of attacking itself if one has any unresolved issues.  This includes addressing personality disorders.  This is why the bible spoke of meditation and internal peace as a key to become closer.  You must connect with your innerself and detach yourself from this dimension to prepare yourself for the next.  And remember even in this everything is corrupted and much of our reality is built upon lies.  Lies we tell our selves, lies we are told by others, and lies that are in the history books.  You must become one with the creator and this must happen as you cure yourself otherwise the diet will not be as effective as it could otherwise be.  You must be ready to transcend beyond this realm.  This is not just saying certain things, this is not just acting certain ways, it is not making a certain appearance, this is internal.  You can not lie about it or lie to yourself you must truely change.  The internal changes will slowly become evident by others.

From what Gosia put on the CA Telegram group very recently, she is bringing out a video very shortly on veganism. Which is kind-of related to your post. I suspect it will be very interesting for all kind of reasons, and not just dietary.....!
