The lie of the food pyramid (link heavy for your own conclusions)

I am thinking back that the whole diabetes issue really became worse after we came out with the food pyramid.  Which with the little history reading I have done indicates it is a cover up for the concentration camps and to help the growing food distribution networks.

Though start reading on the dates the food pyra mid started in 1972.

The 1920s saw the spread of canned foods truely changing the world diet, the electric fridge, condiments to add flavor, prohibition spurred the popularity of soft drinks, and in general the introductions, wholesale of processed foods.

The 30s saw the creation of KFC, but the innovation in cooking was of neccessity for lack of ingredients due to the global depression.

The 40s saw the creation of spam but was a balance between carbs and meats and the introduction of cake mixes (originally introduced in the 30s but took off in the 40s)  with more of a focus on convenience quick meals.

The 50s was focused more on meats

The 60s focused more on cheeses and dairy

The 70s had a famine partly resulting from the gas crisis creating a scarcity.  It was around this time that the food pyramid was made.

Diabetes dates back to ancient Rome and Greece and was a problem with the wealthy who ate amounts of refined flours and sugars.

Covid worsened those with diabetes significantly.

So what can we conclude:

Technology changes diets.  Convenience from the superfluency of technology made folks lazier as far as cooking goes creating multi generational dietary health issues.  Economic contractions and expansions with inflation throughout cause people to have less and less money to eat.  This is what caused the food pyramid, but at the core the eating of meats in lesser and lesser amounts has caused many of our current issues.

There is a multigenerational campaign on going to get us away from meats.  Bugs and vegetables are not the answer.  Until we have true replicators like in star trek we can not make proper vegetarian diets as all of our foods are defiled.

But as far as vegetables goes is heirloom seeds different from GMO seeds.  heirloom naturally cross polinate plants for desireable traits, GMO literally does gene edits for traits that would not naturally be possible.  So I would also add that the movement away from home gardens is another nail in the coffin of our failing health.  My preferred vendors for heirloom seeds are johnnyseeds (https://www.johnnyseeds.com/) and Burpee (https://www.burpee.com/)

I would also add that too many families are unable to break free of their cycle of failing health and lack of cooking.  This is why it is important that as part of our efforts to wake up folks, we also show them how to live better.  Show them how easy it is to cook from scratch, how easy a tasty meal is a fraction of the cost of a restaurant.

This book contains a lot of data and is easy to read and makes the same conclusion as the Taygetans from their study of Veganism, actually in places it is so similar that I wonder if it was part of their research: https://b-ok.cc/book/5357146/9188b4 Carnivore Code

most likely.  Remember they can download an entire copy of the internet and digest it in no time flat.  Especially if they are only looking at very specific aspects.  The AIs they have on board can help filter through the malarkey and make it easier so they are only consuming the important parts as I would assume with the higher brain function exposure to bad information is as much of a concern as anything else.
