If only 1.3% of people are not of the matrix and actually real.

How does a star seed manifest if statistically speaking the parents are matrix constructs?

Is it a simple insertion and the matrix manifests everything the star seed needs to come into the world?

The Ts have said that a soul enters a human avatar in the 2nd or 3rd week of gestation in the womb, so the matrix already created the organic portal, if both parents are matrix... and then ofc, there's the organic portals who are just manifested of any age, and walk-ins can enter them..
Matter of choice.

There's a T arch who allegedly lost his body..
He was perhaps killed by the US military.
Upon death, apparently his consciousness decided to enter the body of human baby, and he was born again as a human.
He chose a human organic portal.

Actually bro I think parents as well as most about anything can be viewed as a contextual manifestation which serves as background for our experience.

Parents could be other known ET's even from other non Lyrian origin. They could be from your known race, even close relatives in 5D. They could be unreal as well. But that will be quite dull experience, to live with some kind of robotic matrix people as parents.

If the parents were unreal:
It would, but it would also explain why so many prodigies have issues. 

It also explains why some star seeds have drug addiction issues. 

It may also explain the ADHD and hyperactivity with parents unable to deal with the high frequency and energy of the child (I was in this boat in a severely bad case.)

If the parents were from a different origin race, the inserted star seed would have chosen to go there for experience and relations.  It would also explain why some star seeds are at odds with family and parents if the race clashes are severe as part of the experience.

If the parents are from a same race and star seeds it could explain why some star seeds have close relationships with family members and or parents.

Parents could be narcissists as well with developing soul or with two polarized conflicting souls. And narcissism goes in both directions - perpetrator and victim mentality. Many variations.
