There is more transcripts listed below but they are in Espanol "Spanish" so you must use the browser translate page option.

If you don't know how to do this then ask a tech savvy contact to explain the simple process to you.

Or you can just copy the transcript and paste it into the google translation webpage listed below the translation link.

after clicking the main link, then click the audio topic you want and after it opens and begins playing you have the option to download it if your on a pc or laptop. for telephones etc. i don't know how to do it.

skip it.

directions to download are as follows.

you can click the 3 lateral dots next to the playing icon of the mp3 that should be located in the middle of the page and on the right side of the player icon.

see picture of mp3 player and the three dots to the right of the picture. this is where you will click to download the mp3. location of the audio player icon and the three dots may vary depending on the browser that you are using.

click on example pic below to enlarge it then click the back page top left arrow to return to this page.

useful to add to your phone or mp3 player and then listen to when falling asleep or relaxing or out and about. and also easy to send to a friend in your chat app or email.

Below are a few of the few phrases of Swaruu that were graciously posted in Español by Señor Tony Ruiz, and translated by me. 

The Swaruu sayings below were translated from Espanol "Spanish" by me into english from some of the many Swaruu phrases Transcribed by Toni Ruiz,

anyone please feel free to contribute to translating the phrases listed on Señor Tony's facebook post that i didn't translate. Those missing phrases can be determined by the missing numbers of the phrases that were not included in the translations below at the bottom of the post.

If i mistranslated any of the sayings you can post a reply and the mistranslated Español "Spanish" that you have corrected in this posting and you can use as a reference of the sayings by the numbers preceding them that will correlate with the phrases in the spanish facebook page listed below.

SWARUU'S PHRASES - SWARUU'S SAYINGS - SWARUU'S WISDOMS

201.- One cannot be separated from The Source, because one is The Source, and The Source it is everywhere.

202.- Then everything is perception. Everything is true or everything is a lie, except for one thing, who observes, yourself, your soul. That is the only thing indisputably real.

205.- Everything tells you that this world is real, but how real it may seem is not.
The only real thing there is yourself, who sees and feels, who has the experience of being there. Matter as such does not exist, since everything is mind.

208.- There is no time therefore there is nothing to manipulate.
Everything is perception and state of mind.
In the case of being inside a Matrix, everything is a question of frequencies and frequency manipulation. A frequency is a position within. from the artificial space-time matrix of the Matrix and it can be hacked like a computer because it is a computer.

209 .- So both you and I, as all other people are the product of a Matrix. In your case within 3D you are the unlimited digital interpretation of your true self. Which is inside the holographic or original Matrix, in which I am.

213.- If you are not happy with what you have, you will not be happy with what you want to have.

215.- You do not have a destiny, you are your own destiny, it is not external to you, you generate it because that is what you are.

216.- You are your destiny. To change your destiny, you must change yourself, be compatible with something else.

217. Problems, difficulties and suffering go hand in hand with the lower planes, with the illusion of separation. Take it all away and what you get is a higher plane that exists either way.

218.- Ascension does not mean that the Earth moves towards 5D, everyone talks about it, that's another interpretation, but how have I said many times, a density is not something that happens to you, it is something that you are.

No need for translation but this could quite possibly be considered a translation as it was originally, as far as i know, uploaded to Gosia's Espanol "Spanish" channel "Agencia Cosmica",

so this can be considered inside the translation sector as a need for this video to be transmitted to the English speaking viewers as i couldn't find it on Gosia's English channel "Cosmic Agency's" youtube channel.
