I recently watched the video on teleportation and got so excited to try this meditation. I wonder  if Yazhi Swaruu could explain about how to gather more detail when perceiving the environment. It was mentioned that remote viewing and astral travel are good ways to see where you want to go. Are there also meditations she uses to astral travel? I've been trying meditation to get out of body but I find it very difficult. I'm also new to remote viewing and even with practice, my accuracy rate is low
