It was mentioned that Swaruu 9 established the Swaruunian race by petitioning the Federation. Since there are a number of us, incarnated on earth in an earth human body, who recognize that truth that "I AM" all races on Terra, including Kingu and Lyran, and that such a melding of the reptilian and lyran soul group identities is perhaps the only way out of the mess we are in, I am asking, what is the procedure for legitimizing (in the eyes of the Federation) this consciousness of such a cross-race identity?
A successful petition would create something positive out of that expired strategy to isolate the remnants of the Tiamat wars here on Gaia. It would do so by recognizing the existence of the Swagaian race, a race that embraces and can synergize positive reptilian and lyran sensibilities. Wouldn't this also establish the Swagaians as a legitimate negotiating body in discussions on the fate of those incarnated on Earth?

Oh, that's easy. I know exactly the answer to that one: Babylonian Money Magic = the spell that makes us believe we have to pay to live on the planet where we were born (unlike any other native life form—or any other planet, for that matter).
This artificial evaluation system, based upon convenience (and love of convenience is the root of all evil) has severed our healthy human relationship with nature. It advances the muddying of the perception of, and inability to determine what is natural versus what is artificial (e.g. persons who have periods, lol). This discernment is crucial to maintain for the purpose of ascension.
Babylonian Money Magic is the vehicle upon which the criminal element enters all strata of society (like a hundred clowns in a tiny car)

Should we maybe start a discord? "The resistance" more or less? And, knoxville, yes I agree that's a concern long-term but I don't think at this point we're enough of a threat to garner any attention like that
I love seeing this discussion. Yes. It has been occurring to me, strongly, that beyond networking of individuals, it may well be time to network existing communities. Starseeds are scattered around the globe, this is true. I would say the majority of them have had some contact, or are currently members of a local (to them) group (groups) that hold a frequency of ascension.
Of course, it helps if the "leader(s)" of these various groups are amenable to networking of "their" groups (their members could approach them). And having some online infrastructure to facilitate this networking is crucial, as long as that avenue is still open to us. I have skills to contribute to such an endeavor; I just am so 'over' working alone on consciousness-raising 'projects'.
Might be easier to establish an online "hub" with digital pecan trees, than a 3D one, right?.
By networking established groups, we have safety in numbers, and cabal a**holes (including the ones reading this forum), have no real clue on how to contain this capacity for change, which arises from the creative imagination of networked groups. They also have no real means to stop the networking of networks, once it is a 'thing.'
What needs to be developed is a holistic method of networking, which eases its members into a collective consciousness of ascension and unity, for establishment of a Gaia-based mind-memory complex
