Funny money story
The circulation of money!
A tourist arrives at a small mountain hotel in France, asks if there is an empty room for rent and puts a 100-euro bill on the counter.
The owner of the hotel was delighted because the business had been very stale, and gave the best room key to the guest, who started upstairs to occupy the room.
- The owner took the 100 euros, rushed over to the butcher, paid off his previous week's debt, and went back to the hotel.
- The butcher took the 100 euros and ran to the farmer to pay the pig he had asked for in the loan, and went back to his shop.
- The farmer rushed to Jenny, the local pleasure girl, to pay for her services and went back to his farm.
- Jenny rushed to the hotel to pay the rent for the rooms she had taken out last week and put the €100 on the counter.
At this moment the tourist comes down the stairs and announces that the room does not suit him. He gets the €100 back and with that he is gone.
No one did anything, and yet everyone paid off their debt!
