Third eye feels

Hi all,

Sometimes when I still my mind and feel very connected and at one with the moment, I feel a tingly pressure just above the point in between my eyes. Probably others have experienced this as well.

Now, does anyone know if this is a "good" thing indicative of activation of that chakra, or maybe a "bad" thing indicating a blockage? And therefore, is it something I should lean into.. like if I intentionally alter my awareness to increase the feeling of energy in this area, am I heading in the "right" direction?

You need energy stones to help with your third eye. Aside from  amethyst, serpentine is one of the best energy stones for the said chakra.
