Reverse World

In my view there is no reverse universe. This is the same universe we exists in - the difference is in how the universe is being perceived. The universe is manifested through continues expansion and contraction of sub-atomic particles and the rate of this expansion and contraction corresponds to the frequency of the vacuum / ether. For consciousness to be able to perceive manifestation it must be tightly coupled with these expansion and contraction cycles. This applies to any instruments that are used to observe / detect the universe and its phenomena.

In my view what Swaruu did by changing the configuration of her ship is to "tune" in perceiving the cycles in an opposite order - e.g. contraction and then expansion instead of expansion and then contraction which are the two aspects of the same phenomenon. This explains the perceived reversed flow of energy, negative light, etc. It is the same energy flow, the same light and the same universe but it is perceived differently.

I am not sure about the time flow - I assume the time flow is actually the same but the ship's instruments and observer perception may be affected.

Same universe with the same universal principles in place, it is prolonging of the agony of the fallen ones. They continue with their resistance to what is natural and the inverse world is the result of this resistance to the natural and harmonious.
