More questions I did not found answer

Hello,

I have more questions:

1- Being all loving and wanting to help others, I was asking myself why you have a Monarchy and what does it means for those who are not part of it (my understanding on our planet, it's better to be a Republic)?

2- Other are talking about Council of Worlds, does the Galactic Federation is the same organization (I ask the question because the name Federation and their logo, it's too much like Star Trek)?

3- Zero-Point Reactor (Energy), why use the same name we use on earth when we know that 0 based Math are flawed (was expecting anti-gravity engine rather than reactor or plasma propulsion)?
