Asteral projection - Marie Swaru Video Yesterday

Marie Swaru's video posted on You tube yesterday.

Its quite disturbing and at the same time putting out the truth. My question is if the speacial forces are using this "Asteral projection" to spy on whatever
they want, then nobody is safe or has time when they feel they are completly alone..

Can a video be made giving more information on this subject.. Can a individual protect themselves against this intrusion? Because if this is the case then other astral entities can spy on whoever they want - correct? If you are in Astral form looking at a person or thing can you see everything the person or thing is doing and can they hear sound, but you cant see them..

Also can demons or Arcons, or other entities, see and hear again what i described above exactly what a thing or person is doing? without the peson seeing them, or do you have to match there frequency in order for them to see you.

Can the lower Astral see people and things all around them LIKE HUMANS or can they just feel a  humans energy, how does it work. (its not explained in the videos posted on you tube).

Also Marie aluded to churches that have holes below - thats why they are called Holy. So can we pressume that all churches are actually stations (like the ones above ground for humans) like GRAND CENTRAL in the USA. These stations are open during the night - when most are asleep and I presume they have
portals?

I also presume that thats why church goers PRAY - because they become the PREY- There energy is drawn out through the  high ceilings to the steeples?

Would be good if any of the above questions could be explained in a bit more detail.

Astral entities are little above the 3D frequencies and that means 3D frequency is included in their reality and they can see what is happening on material Earth but they do not have full access. The full access depends if people give them reasons and being similar to their frequency and what they want from people which is to exploit people for energy and attention. If one is a starseed he/she is at least 5D frequency or above and that means lower frequencies are not compatible to some extent and cannot approach them. But if this starseed is somehow compromised and his/hers frequency is lowered then astrals can reach, influence and exploit.

The permanent solution to the problem above is to maintain own frequency higher and astral entities will have very difficult time to approach you and do anything harmful to you. They often try at night when people sleep(meddling with dreams, orchestrating nightmares) and are more vulnerable and for that have to live accordingly during the day in order to have calmer night sleep or put always some kind of astral protection every night before sleeping.
Have to know what means to have higher and lower frequency, what means to be negative-regressive when acting-reacting this way, what means positive-progressive and what means to be even immovable in frequency.
