Gym technology in Taygeta and on board Toleka

This Is a question that comes to my mind after the video of Mari where she talks about a day in her Life on the ship. When she describes her room she talked about a device for training.. The question is what easier ways they use to stay fit after normal sports for pure fun? Maybe Mari can answer it in a future video if she can. Thanks
