I have a method I used to astral project. I dont do it anymore as I know I am targeted like many starseeds/wanderers.

What I used do is, wake up around 3am.
Meditate so the mind keeps awake and let the body go back to sleep.
You know you're on track when your whole body will start to vibrate in an increasing intense manner.
Then, when you're going through the vibrations, you will start to hear noises. It can be very loud. Like a freight train traveling past your ear at top speed.
Do not let it flinch you.
If you get past this stage, with your minds intension, move out of your body.
You'll pop out of your body.

To move. You have to use mind to "slide" across the room and through walls or doors.

Energy and frequency determine thoughts, matter and everything else.
The problem is that there is an intricate soup of frequencies and mental cages, where getting lost is very easy...
