You can manifest this in the same way you create any change to your existence. You must also have a strong mind and be able to contact other aspects of yourself. But, if this concept has come to your awareness, there is a possibility that you may already have a walk-in experience agreed (prenatally.)

An alternative, but not recommended way is to simply disengage with the experience that you are having now. Become incompatible with it. Your awareness will eventually retract. However without a walk-in agreement with another ‘soul’ there is a risk that a negative entity, may take the body as a host, (& the physical body may also become sick during the process.)
