I found the part about the greys interesting. It sounds like a complete take over of this planet and area by the Orion council.
What I feel is, these logic head species out there controlling this sick game have a deep contempt towards the Lyran races.
Interesting enough, I had a dream that another Lyran race that the Taygetans and Urmah have never heard of appeared out of nowhere and told the logics to leave. The logics obeyed. This Lyran race had forces larger than anyone has seen. They were from another galaxy.

Yeah, I see it weaved through your post, dream feels more like the connection to the Black League.
By reading those treaties you'll be able to see how large the chasm is between now and its true intentions.

I was pointing to the idea of the human unconscious, which is a collection of various souls in a Lyrian form actually being the dark opposing force in other densities. If they can wake up to this idea in some way they would rescue themselves.
