It is like a orschach test or dry firing or dry firing. The answer depends mostly on the viewer s pov or personal reality.
Sinstraia: You are the obvious enemy of humanity. Who would dare to make an enemy of me besides the obvious enemies of humanity. Anyone, or anything with sentience can see the love I have inside of me, and my intentions and use of that love. Aligning yourself against me is aligning yourself against humanity. In no uncertain terms, you are an enemy of humanity.

I honestly don't know if it's a real contact, but I did read the Telepathy 101 Primer and that is real, whomever it comes from.
A lot of good advice, but I would give a small warning: If something feels wrong, it probably is. If you start receiving telepathy that totally overwhelms you, it's more than okay to break contact.
I did think the advice on what to do after feeling overwhelmed is really good. Folding laundry is just about the safest, most grounding thing a person can do.
The road appears when you need it.
