Foraging for edible plants and mushrooms, medicinal plants

Hi everybody !

I am also a gardener and a seasoned wanderer in woods and meadows looking for plants, mushrooms. I use different combinations of medicinal plants for different conditions of imbalance, so I am more than happy to share it for you.

Here is a video (sorry, I never done any)  to see which wild plants are edible in order to identify them and start foraging. It is also  a good way to walk barefooted and enjoy nature, ease the stress of everyday life !!!  Spring will come this year to, no matter what is happening in the society.

This is also a way to become self sufficient.
