Irish origins of civilisations by Michael Tsarion

I'm not sure which transcript it was, but they named dropped the author Michael Tsarion as someone who has written about Ireland predating Egypt and then I went in search for his now unprinted work, The Irish Origins of Civilisation Volume 1 & 2
