Why was project 1st contact mainly russia and latin america?
I know this was said by swaruu of erra who is gone now but im sure others know why.
Living in america i would not want to come here myself as this place is a mind controlled zoo. Europe? Same i believe. Australia? Africa?
Just wondering as im sure there was a reason.
I know many thousands were contacted and a tiny tiny few believed.

Mind controlled zoo, that made me laugh... but it's oh so true, unfortunately..
Or did they contact people from Spain more?
I heard something about some "safe house" in a Latin-American country, that the Tay used for Step-downs and Starseeds or something.
As for Russia, I'm sure they analyzed the status with it, since apparently Russia had an air of wanting to go "independent" from the (((chosenite cabal)))... I could be wrong too.
but Russia ended up giving the Tay access to use a satellite for internet..

In Russia because of the long socialism period supposedly made people better, not so egotistic and closed like in the western world. That's what they say in their channelings. There is some truth in this. People there are different, more friendly and sincere. Generalizing of course.

We know anneka tried to be born in mexico city.
Yum mexican food is right up there with bisquits n gravy mmmm.
The latin cultures are much more family oriented than america so theres that.
