Why did tygetans not offer technology to other countries?

Why did they only offer technology to the US only?

Why didn't they offer free energy technology to other countries like India?

Well russia and US were in a cold war. They didn't release any free energy tech. They should have given the free energy technology to other countries like India and told them to release the technology.

Perhaps you should watch the series of videos about the Prime Directive, and  Mari has posted in her channel about it recently.

I am being honest about what can be observed, also what has been alluded even by ETs in the past...

India isn't exactly a good place to start for releasing such technology, with their evident third-world status.

The cabal would just take it away from them too.

Please analyze things first, instead of going by emotions.

They view everyone on earth as the human race. So as far as they should be concerned is the human race on earth has the free energy tech already so they can share the free energy tech with India. Also they could easily give self defense weapons to India to defend themselves from the cabal.

Correct, humans already have all that is needed to build this tech, then ETs don't have to "give it" to anyone like that...
But the question is, do humans in India have the mentality, capacity, spirituality, enough to understand the responsibility that comes with having such tech,  ita use, and how it should be used..
Are they in the mentality of being of 'Service to Others' to be able to use this tech?

In a noy so distant past, Holistic Society-type models were tried in India, and it did not work. People reverted to the 'service to self' mentality and the project was abandoned...

Having that type of mentality in the general population, how could such technologies be well implemented to the benefit of all?

We have tech now, and people and governments are so greedy with it...
Imagine with "ET" type tech...

You can take the third-worlder out of the third-world, but often times can't get the third-world mentality out of them.

I have seen it in my country with the immigrants, instead of changing their mentality and integrating, in their minds they're still living with their old country mentality, and think that their ways are going to work and be accepted in the new country they migrate to.
Imagine these people trying to handle advanced tech, and then their intentions with it..

This is not to say the tech is not out there, it is more to say that it won't be shared free and clear for all to learn.  But from the videos on the subject we are still missing a few materials science pieces too...
