Looking for a transcript...

Hello,

Someone from the team talked about Telepathy,
and said something like that when someone wants to communicate with you and/or is thinking of you, the person's image can appear in your "mind's eye" or something like this...

I can't remember if it was Aneeka or Athena who said this..
Anyone know the video and/or transcript this might be from?

think of the person
having the feeling of the information that i want to insert
and then holding that feeling
have the intention of you understanding all this

I only remember transcript where they said that extrasensory abilities like telepathy is side product of rising vibrations and spiritual growth as a whole.

How is it done? The process is very simple. All I need to do is think of you and think-you the feeling of the information and then holding that feeling. Then have the intention of you understanding all this. From your end they are your own thoughts, and they are.

I've been seeing someone who looks like Taygetan man in visions for a few years...
Reminds me of Khila, but could be someone else..
Has long hair and blue eyes, Nordic.
Too handsome to be human imo xD
And dresses different than us, and saw him inside a peculiar place too..
