Mari is spelling out how to build a holistic society matrix on the ashes of the collapsing Matrix (which is occurring before our very eyes).
To paraphrase the Bible: Where two or more are gathered and agree upon anything, so shall it be done.
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:19-20

We built the Matrix and it is part of us. The destruction of the Matrix would be the destruction of ourselves. To defeat the Matrix it is necessary to raise the internal vibration. Matrix is a school of Order, Will, Seriousness and Wisdom. Master the knowledge or repeat the class... In the end, we voluntarily brought ourselves there by starting the first thought... the first thought about being the first. The first can only be one, the one who is also the beginning of all things.
