I am only able to respond to the TikTok video, which is in fact fake.
It seems to be a component of a fabricated invasion strategy, where people are given partial (real) disclosure information to confuse them.

They've mentioned in past videos that they keep human aircraft onboard the Toleka for certain operations on the surface.
