Is Planet Centurion Five real?

Apparently humans from earth colonized a planet called centurion 5.

They did it to help reptilians fight a war. Apparently its worst than earth there as eating in a restaurant cost several weeks of paychecks.

The peasants there all eat artificial paste that apparently taste disgusting.

So is this true or is it in the imagination?
