Actually, Andromeda, the Federation may indeed be controlling a conspiracy group. Many of Alex Collier's revelations have some doubts. For example, the Andromeda told him how many reptiles are on Earth now, accurate to the number, and how many have left recently. He said that aliens have never been on Earth, they only arrived in the 1930s and then traveled back through time and space. Okay, you're not controlling the conspiracy group. Can you know exactly how many crawlers there are? Aliens did not exist on Earth in ancient times? Because you don't want people to know that you were also there in ancient times.
