As I posted elsewhere.... Thank you Mari for such an in-depth report, and to Israel'and Salefil for their hard work which could have been very dangerous in what is now enemy territory.
Such corraboration with my thoughts which does not make it satisfying. 
How do we go from here?
My prayers and energies go out to those being affect ed now in other parts of the world and also to prevent and protect anymore of these evil forces ..

We are fortunate and grateful that both Athena and Mari and Boots On The Ground took the time and effort to investigate  the fire attack on Maui.

Below is a cellphone video that confirm what Mari wrote about the authoritative FEMA  police were immediately began controlling road-travel, making unnecessary  rules 'for the safety of people.'

Some Maui citizens were forced to wait for hours to get a silly Permissions Slip to travel,
even though people are safely living 20 minutes away from the fire (days ago), 
The controlling authorities won’t tell them WHY they need permission to come or go.

They opened up the road (supposedly).
I have friends who drove to and from Napili today.

They discontinued the "placard" pass idea the same day they started, because many who were not residents of the area were in line to get it. 
Unfortunate that they made residents stand in line all morning instead of just checking i.d., since Hawaii i.d has resident address on it. 
(If they felt they needed to do it, that is.)  My friend from Lahaina town (blessed survivor), still has not gone back to his apartment (still standing.)

Newest Intel - (not so new - as you read this you will understand)

It has been found that the Governor of Hawaii has been signing a lot of proclamations. 
This particular one establishes a "Build Beyond Barriers Working Group". 

As a result of a disaster or emergency, this proclamation says it is "to promote speedy...construction of housing and infrastructure".
It suspends building laws and codes related to construction in Historic Preservation districts (which Lahaina is) and bypasses the planning and permit processes to build state and county housing projects.

Signed, July 17th, 2023, for a period to September 15th, 2023, or until amended.  (the wildfire was on 8/8/23)

I thought it unusual that he signed this ahead of a disaster, so I went to research any disasters around 7/17/23, as I did not recall any of the top of my head.  I did find online that the Governor declared a disaster on the Big Island prior the the arrival of a "storm" that dropped 2" of rain. (article found in an out-of-state news source, "The Hill", 7/19/23.

On August 15 I addressed Gen. E. Smith's office.
On August 16 the General responds to my note publicly sceptical of a DEW attack but immediately deploys a Marine platoon to Maui, arriving at 4:00 p.m.
Caught off guard, the Marines arrived 8 days late at the crime scene.
The Taygetan intel would fill this gap, is 100% consistent with the information below and almost too good to be true.
If the crew would not mind contacting Gen. Smith or Gen. Berger to report their findings, I`m sure both would be more than open to touch base and stay in casual communicado. 
The crew would have a foot in the door to escalate cooperation if and when desired.
The moment could not be better poised. Both Generals are in close contact with Comrade Gen. Schoigu, and both Russian Speznas and U.S. Special Forces are rescuing children for the first time back to back, really enjoying each other`s company.
Both Generals can be contacted on their iPads.
Gen. Smith should be either at Camp Pendleton or Gauntanamo Bay Naval Base, Gen. Berger at his office in Mar-a-Lago.

The Government is the people so why are the people able to decided what the neighborhoods will include?

Page 6, line 18 states: The threat of sea level rise and other climate change impacts shall be addressed through appropriate mitigation strategies. 1609 scientists from around the world have signed a declaration stating there is no climate emergency. John Coleman, a 60 year meteorologist and founder of the weather channel stated,”The Antarctic polar ice cap is at an all time high and actually increasing”. Mr. Coleman says, sea levels are not rising. There are numerous other scientists that share these same insights. 60 year meteorologist for the US Navy, Dr. David Dilley, says the earth was closer to the sun 8K years ago and is going into its cooling phase. Have any of the sea levels risen on any of our islands or anywhere around the world? Are home insurance companies not insuring homes on the coast due to sea levels rising? No, that is not happening. These mitigation strategies will take away people's right to travel and live freely and that is against the Constitution and unlawful! 

Page 8, line 16 states: The board may acquire, reacquire, or contract to acquire or reacquire, by grant or purchase, real, personal, or mixed property, or any interest therein, and own, hold, clear, improve, rehabilitate, sell, assign, exchange, transfer, convey, lease, or otherwise dispose of or encumber the same. The Government cannot “acquire” people’s real, personal or mixed property without due process of law! They cannot do what is stated here! It is unconstitutional and unlawful! You took an oath to defend and support the Constitution. This Bill must die.
