My understanding is that Ivermectin, as well as things like Quercetin, and hydroxychloroquine, are Zinc transport systems. They help shuttle zinc into cells and the presence of zinc in the cell hinders viral replication. Of course one needs zinc in your system to be transported. So if one is zinc deficient it will have minimal effect. A healthy person that is not nutrient deficient (particularly zinc and D hormone - which is made from cholesterol, which is why they push statin drugs to lower cholesterol) would ideally not need the above to transport zinc into the cells since it would already be there. People with insulin resistance or type II diabetes have barriers around their cells to not let insulin in. I suspect that barrier may also make it hard for zinc enter, hence the need for a zinc transport system. Remember, early reports indicated obese and type II diabetics (which assists obesity) seemed to be the highest group of people that got sick and died.

Two of the key factors associated with disease are 1) nutritional deficiency and 2) toxicity. A person that has both of these factors under control generally does not get sick. I call this ‘lifestyle medicine’ and it works for me

This was George Lucas (star wars) first feature length film in 1971 and paints a dystopian future where gender differences are ignored (shaved heads all around), freedom is barely an idea, everyone wears the same drab outfits to prevent individuality, everyone is monitored, has a job to do (just like a part of a machine), and everyone must take their daily drugs/shots or else.

I have not watched this in years and do not think I could sit through it again as it paints a horrible dystopian future essentially identical to agenda 21/30 where humans are nothing but slaves to the system and love, sex or joy are essentially forbidden. “Are you happy, and effective?”

As this 50 year old movie paints such a horrible picture for the future of humanity, worse than the 1984 movie, I am surprised it is not on top 10 lists of predictive programming movies since it really shows the agenda and was made by someone who rose to become a major and powerful hollywood director/producer. This movie must have earned him membership in the club, or at least a promotion

You have to just let this go and use your own discernment. Gosia has repeatedly made it clear that her mission is take her information and make videos, not to interview others. She is a messenger.

I was talking to someone recently, trying to offer my perspective on the scamdemic. His retort was similar to your above in that a number of people he was with went to a party or some gathering and “everyone came down with it”. I think it could happen if the toxin is a particular frequency, as in part of the 5G spectrum, which is amped up. At a particular frequency oxygen will vibrate fast enough to break off from the hemoglobin molecule making it difficult to breath. The resulting exosomes, (waste product) would then get shuttled out of the body via mucous or other means as the body detoxes. Of course if ones body is loaded with nano toxins that act as antenna the response will be more severe. Worse case is saturate as much as the population as possible, then turn on the emitters (like your 5G phone in your pocket or other transmitters which are being placed most everywhere. Then one day, flip a switch….

That exchange was interesting. I recall that Ben (but it could possibly be someone else) had been reporting that there are two Trumps, the real one, who is possibly in Thule military base in Greenland, and the Doppelgänger. The fake was is the one that pushed vaccines and has joules. The real Trump had his kid vaccine injured so was never a fan of any vaccines in general. So the fake Trump has been doing rallies and raking in piles of money. I recall several months ago Kim stating that once you sign for updates on the Trump website you will be forever be sent requests for donations. So it is a money making propaganda machine.

My take about the whereabouts of the real DT was always, ‘if you know a imposter is going around in public making money and pushing the shot, why are you not speaking out!’. So the whole ‘two Trumps’ thing was always fishy - but not impossible. Whether Kim is correct, who really can be sure (about anything).

With her statement' ‘trump is dead’, Ben did appear shocked. But, that exchange was still peculiar since it seems natural to follow that statement up with “tell me more”. But Ben did not follow up, nor did Kim add anything. I would have liked for, even if just a sentence or two,  to know how long ago, who are the suspects, and why. But instead the conversation just went on. That just did not seem natural.

Overall, the interview seems respectful from both sides. No agenda or gotcha questions. Which makes me wonder why in the thread above we see her posting on socialist media. (Edited to add that post seems to have been removed)

Another thing that stood out a pinch was Ben stating, as he often does, that ‘we should have the military go to NY and CA to stop the fake media and social platform silicon censors. This is something I am all for. Kim’s response was something like, ‘do we really care about the fake media’. Well, duh! The average person needs to know that info is fake and censored, and until they realize this the cabal can play their games through ongoing propaganda. For years I’ve been telling people the goal of the news is not to inform, it is to get and keep you angry and scared. So why Kim didn’t seem anxious or open to shutting down the well oiled propaganda machine seemed curious.

Ideally a vaccine is preventative, inject a bit if a pathogen, bodies defenses kick in and kill it, then are ready to fight. Of course these shots are not vaccines, and are made by people trying to hurt or kill you. Our bodies have the ability to heal itself, especially if we work with it, and not against it.

Vibrant health is based on many factors, key among these is adequate nutrition, filtered water, and elimination toxins, as well as proper rest, and little to no stress. Staying up all night never helps health since the body has little time for recovery, electromagnetic radiation, which is everywhere in the civilized world will reliably slowly drain you, also lack of Vit (hormone) D3, vitamin C, zinc… are needed to avoid nutritional deficiency. I juice everyday, for decades, including greens like wheatgrass, which I grow. Greens are great for detoxing

Spending time in nature, lots of it, can make a tangible difference. I spend 3+ weeks a year camping in a forest and mountain hiking, away from what I have called the “wi-fi soup”. When I return I am tangibly healthier as measured by my times on local mountain hikes. I have been measuring the difference before and after trips for many years, well over a decade, and after a week or more camping in the mountains, away from anything electronic, i feel energized. I also spend lots of time locally outdoors, hiking over 100 miles/month.

Also, when not using my phone I turn it to Airplane mode, and sometimes keep in a faraday cage privacy pouch.

The above is part of what I call ‘lifestyle medicine’ and all I can say is that it works for me. I have no health insurance and have not been to a doctors office in 14 years, since making the above changes. Unlike my youth, I now never get or even think about getting sick. Fresh air, sunshine, good food, exercise, minimize negative thoughts…. all work for me. Not bad for a guy in this mid sixties
