Firstly I send out love to Marie and all the crew up there on board all the ships. And are beautiful friends the Urmah.

I get the message and yes it was CONFUSING because it didnt really tell us what the right plant foods are BEST to eat or at least
what foods harm us less than others.

What was even more surprising was that after the video finsihed - The Problem with Food and Diet on Earth

The video mentioned below started randomly to play after which backed up this theory which was strange indeed as I had not searched for it, but I listend
to it as it was similar to what Marie was stating, so I ended up watching it all.

so in two videos my eating habits have now been thrown out the window... Not sure what to do now -  confused!!!

I didnt understand the bit when Marie said that the Urmah had debelopment lab grown meat by the taygetans did not have the technolodgy?
surley the Urmah would have suppiled that technoglody eons ago as friends ?? Has got me a little troubled...

Is it possible that Marie Swaru and the team are able to give us more details of  October 4th 2023 and what could really be happening.. 

It is being banded about on Infowars that this date is an activation method of those that took the vaccine via 5g WIFI - LAPTOP - MOBILE PHONE

While its fantastic having any information from our dearly loved Tagetan brothers and sisters, it would be even greater to have this information before the event, as the information is already out there of sorts.

If Infowars is correct, The whole population of earth is in the firing line and how does the population protect themselves against this.

I knew even before part 2 was uploaded and it seems as well from the Taygetans side that they have been lied to by the Galactic F. Which now begs the question, how accurate is all the other downloaded information from the GF that the Taygetans have received, and have they been deliberately deceived.

You can tell and read in between the lines that the Taygetans, have also had an awakening and I believe that they will follow the Urmah in not conforming.
to the PRIME D. As you cannot have a PRIME D, when there is no TRUTH AND TRUST. That just does not work.

THATS WHAT IS NEEDED for earth - NOT WHAT THE GALACTIC FEDERATION IS DOING TO HUMANS.

The God particle is activating in all human frequency now and that is why so many people are waking up. There is "no doubt" BIG CHANGE about to happen, Humankind, along with our brothers and sisters (pleadians) out there in the universe, Urmah's and Et's. Will make the postive change needed for new earth.

I was just walking a couple of days ago and this thought came into my head. So I said it out loud!!
so im sharing it.

The thought was -

"A lizard birth".

and it suddenly dawned on me what this could actually mean when you say it quickly. "A Lizard Birth" (Reptillian)

is it a name of a queen?

Marie Swaru's video posted on You tube yesterday.

Its quite disturbing and at the same time putting out the truth. My question is if the speacial forces are using this "Asteral projection" to spy on whatever
they want, then nobody is safe or has time when they feel they are completly alone..

Can a video be made giving more information on this subject.. Can a individual protect themselves against this intrusion? Because if this is the case then other astral entities can spy on whoever they want - correct? If you are in Astral form looking at a person or thing can you see everything the person or thing is doing and can they hear sound, but you cant see them..

Also can demons or Arcons, or other entities, see and hear again what i described above exactly what a thing or person is doing? without the peson seeing them, or do you have to match there frequency in order for them to see you.

Can the lower Astral see people and things all around them LIKE HUMANS or can they just feel a  humans energy, how does it work. (its not explained in the videos posted on you tube).

Also Marie aluded to churches that have holes below - thats why they are called Holy. So can we pressume that all churches are actually stations (like the ones above ground for humans) like GRAND CENTRAL in the USA. These stations are open during the night - when most are asleep and I presume they have
portals?

I also presume that thats why church goers PRAY - because they become the PREY- There energy is drawn out through the  high ceilings to the steeples?

Would be good if any of the above questions could be explained in a bit more detail.
