I have a two part inquiry on the subject of this topic.
1. From my understanding of the Swaruu and Taygetan culture there are a few life principles that deeply resonate with myself. In short I could express them like: Law of One, Law of Free will, Law of Love, Law of expanding the self consciousness, Law of equilibrium.
(please let me know if my phrasing is confusing or if I should expand on this)
There are a few details that most of the UFOP share this way of living and share the same desire for integration and the wisdom that we are all One Spirit. If I may please ask, is there a way for Minerva Mari to share how much does the Federation share the points of view of Urmah, Alpha Draconians and Swaruu (Taygetans) wisdom? (as these 3 physical forms of the One Infinite Consciousnesses seem to be the most familiar to me, now, in my current physical form)
2. Is there a way before the Federation will remove the blockade of Earth from our galactic family that they will agree to the free will of one, that strongly desires to be extracted, to be, even for some moments, closer to the ones, that the one in question is feeling a deep connection with?
*I know that one could say that if the desire is strong, one is in spirit close to his most dearest ones and could go in the form of astral travel to meet with the ones he would like to meet. And that is okay to a degree as for the ever-growing expansion of one's perspectives, a physical interaction would provide one with a greater amazing experience and growth in one's own being.
Is the extraction something the council of the Federation would approve of? As I understand that in the past there were a few conflicts regarding the extraction of Ana, by the Swaruu family, even though there have been a lot of close encounters, short abductions of humans born on Earth, by multiple species and from what I could understand, there were little or no consequences for the "trespassers" (to say so, for a lack of a better word at the moment)

I have posted a question on the YouTube channel Swaruu Oficial (thank you Mari for all your work, I am deeply humbled and grateful for your existence, dear one out of time) at a time when I haven't investigated more of your views, to align myself to them. It went like (I believe it was on the 2nd video with Arishah and was a paid question, it matters little to me, except the fact that I feel is too little for what I would want to offer you amazing souls) : Are the Urmah in contact with the council of Nine or the council of Saturn?
In my view at that moment I thought about the higher soul's ([edit:] one of which is the entity which many have called Christ Consciousness that Rudolf Steiner has provided more information on than any other human), that I still believe are guiding this mesh of souls from different backgrounds and past lives experiences with new ones, in this planetary system. I understand that my question had been improperly put without context and does not require a response. At least I could show my gratitude towards you, dear brothers and sisters of my soul ❤️

I was disappointed to read how the contact ended, and I’ve read many comments / accusations that would create doubt.
Was Ra an Avian?
Did Ra have an agenda?
Was Ra sent back to Source?
Was Carla Rueckert using LSD to connect with Ra?
Did Don Elkins make a deal with the “Loyal Opposition”, and sacrifice himself to save Carla?

...The main point is that 3D to 4D is not a place, so there is nowhere to transition to. All this you already know. Ascension is an individual journey.
Yet, it can be argued that when enough individuals with an "ascended mentality" get together, then they create a perceived collective reality that could be called 4D. But there are no Ds as such. If I may (please let me know if it is necessary to delete this next part, if it steers the conversation too much into personal):
It has been difficult for me to fully express what I feel as The paradoxical Truth regarding Creation and what I understood using linear language (like what we are doing). I loved using my feelings to feel and tunned myself to another close to me for a better understanding of what they are thinking and feeling. This has seemed more familiar to me, until I blocked myself because I often was wrongly interpreted and judged harshly for being too quiet or even expressing my emphaty or my opinions. Recently I started rekindling this buried part of myself and can often read between the lines when interacting face to face (though I find it very difficult to do so in a chat group) Getting at the point of, the limited language that we use and the fact that the understanding of any concept that transcends the physical reality of Creation is always firstly interpreted by the mind to try to express it in a very limited manner then interpreted by the other self to make sense, many times causes confusion. Just like this phrasing of 2D, 3D, 4D and so on, that is only a purely fiction concept to try and make sense. Many times I think it is too long to explain so I will keep it concise and use only parts of the knowledge I have been provided with and this forum as well has shown that comments engaging in any topics is easily misunderstood.
I know many concepts are not real but only point to something that Is. Just like the word "God" that we all know that this concept has been heavily personalised and some are using the concept of Infinite Intelligence to polarise the false concept. The same goes for my phrasing, which I thought I should write that I only am using this concept due to a lack of better phrasing and that is more commonly used. I know this, yet I still don't fully know how to explain what my intuition/ heart are providing me as wisdom, shared from other beings and provided to me.
I believe that I should take a break from writing here and focus again on my own journal and to not interfere in this community.

Every antidote for any kind of disease or poisoning is first the mindset. With strong positive mindset you can cure yourself from absolutely anything and can be restored fully as new and you will be amazed what you are able to do with your mind when start to practice. Cats are independent self reliant and on guard. Have to be respected as equals even more, not like you are their master because you will never be. And never approach a cat specie with violent methods. They will know what you do and will resent and fight back furiously. When they tested you enough for your character and have trusted you(that trust you should try never break) they may fallow you and be your protector and let you to be their protector and beneficiary.
I found it true most of it, from my experience. As every master wants everyone else to become a master of themselves, so do my amazing cats with us, from what I see and believe.
I consider them equals, nothing more, nothing less and they seem to like me more and follow me around the garden and come to me when I come to the house (mostly staying for a little while), ever since about 2 years back when I had a big breakthrough with myself, remembering more of what I am, a master of myself. Well this is my experience and point of view and current understanding ❤️

Thank you very much for this. I had a feeling as a child that we are heading to the knowledge of sound, as I would find myself thinking about it. There are many technologies and alternative methods for healing and I, one, would love to hear more about other methods. I am familiar from a young age with reflexology, massage, then got familiar with the Bowen therapy and a bit of Reiky. Though I chose a life in IT and only keep on practicing occasionally. Would love to explore many more alternatives on the holistic healing methods that can be done with special equipments. As I am only familiar with the healing received from a higher power, done through one self for another-self.

I found that frequencies found on youtube (432 hz, 528 hz, 639 hz...) had a beneficial impact in my meditation and to personal health. Also did some experiments in a hunted house - was resulted in some pretty good informations.
I know they work and have been using channels like Meditative Mind for (mostly) my inner work for the past decade. Only recently I started to share my experience as my whole life I felt a stranger on this planet (still do, but now I have already accepted this and I rejoice, being allowed this opportunity, this life that I have been provided with)

You do not need to know them all; they are there and they are with you, all those like-minded starseeds you do not know, and with whom you are changing the entire planet towards the good.
It looks like things are turning towards the good and the positive, globally speaking.
And this is your doing – this is your achievement – this is what all of you beautiful starseeds are achieving, despite your deep feelings of solitude and of not being able to do enough.

This experiment of transitioning from the 2nd to the 4th dimension (as it is reffed as) has started on this planet for the 3rd time, around 15000 years ago. Some of us, just like us in this forum have chosen to be a part of this exciting project (more painful than exciting, after one experienced life as it is, yet still with a great impact for the evolution of the Soul). The "Law of One" books I have found to explain in greater detail what has happened on this planet and about the Federation.

However, this last point is also full of ethical problems, because the wanting of the Souls to be there is only as observed from well above and not from the ground point of view; of someone living on Earth.
Yet, we are well aware that what a Soul wants is not always what that same Soul needs....
Each time we ask direct questions we are never given direct answers, and no one seems to be in charge or want to take on any responsibility about what is going on there.

This sounds to us like compartmentalization, where no one knows more than the minimum necessary needed to do their job, and this is a very effective method for hiding the truth, or the greater truth...
Yes they are aware of many more underlying truths regarding the society on our current planet and more about what has the Conferation has done and is doing with this experiment, we call living a human life, on this planet. Yet there are many more things the Urmah still do not know and like the rest of us, they are still investigating much more than I or anyone on earth can. Yet since before they came near our planet, at times, I reflected a lot on their arrival (starting 15 years ago) and what it will mean for our collective evolution. They do not need to interfere as the timeline in which humankind would have wiped itself with the atomic bombs is no longer possible. Because of people like you. Did you know that each of us who meditates and reaches for a few moments the feeling of peace and love of self influences everyone within a few miles or km, with the deep love, gratitude we feel for ourselves? (sure you can say it's insignificant, just as a pebble is thrown in the ocean, but I feel this to be true: it all adds up)
Also there is the council of Saturn (as is sometimes called) which consists of entities (or Logos, might even call them sub-Logos) from a higher dimension than all other physical beings that exist. Some of them are considered myth like La Mu and Odin and the one that has interfered most in the evolution of humanity on Earth is Christ (known as, not a name that has a connection with that powerful, wise, light/love entity), the entity that Jesus of Nazareth has channeled in the later years of his life.
The Federation, even though flawed, has to listen to this Council and from my knowledge they, or most of them listen and act accordingly to the Law of One and the Law of Free Will. As do the Urmah race and the Alpha Draconians. So doing anything at the moment and in the next few years when the "reaping" will occur, will infringe upon the Law of Free Will, so no-one outside this planet will act more than what we already are receiving. Which is a lot. How grateful and happy are we that we get to experience this information, when most of our brothers and sisters of our soul still don't know anything about this?
Our work now is to focus on our personal evolution, healing and reaching the higher states of vibration (love, gratitude, joy, instead of focusing on the lower ones like anger, fear, pride) and leading mostly by example.
And have faith - everything is unfolding in the best rhythm possible and we are always taken care of (in life or death which is still life but not physical as we were lead to believe).
