I like to view these sorts of things from a vantage point of astrological progression. 
The signs tell a story, which is often in harmony with spiritual evolution and expression. 
Aries is the start.  The initial occurrence.  The powerful, singular imitation.
As the powerful imitation cools and comes to rest, it leads to great peace and calm.  An Aries to Taurus transition.
The calm starts to accumulate new messages, thoughts and expressions.  Many don't fit the common paradigm.  A Taurus to Gemini transition.
The feedback sparks difficulty, and a withdrawal for deeper contemplation is needed.  A Gemini to Cancer transition.
I feel like we may be here.

It was last weekend.  I was in meditation, and felt a very strong sensation come over me.  I felt like my body was covered in a light grid, with bands of various width and textures.  I had been asking for DNA healing, so I thought the sensation was related.  I rarely ever feel something that strong, and had a difficult time identifying with my body during the occurrence.  Later, a friend told me that he had observed the solar eclipse that weekend, and wanted to know if I had observed anything interesting.  I told him about my experience and he told me that several others reported strange experiences on that night too.  Afterwards, I was looking forward to similar interactions, but the next few meditations were very calm, which is unusual.  I usually have some difficulty calming my mind.

There is a lot of freedom in those words.

If Kim is saying TARgetians, it's not a mistake. "Tar" is referring to something specific, like oil, black goo, or something sticky. It's being used as an identifier or accusation.

I feel that the path forward lies somewhere between accepting all the difficulty that life has to offer, and intending the removal of... well... honestly I'm not sure.

Is that first post video from her channel?  She only has few hundred subscribers.  The last time I heard talk of Kim was on a show produced by Tommy Williams called "Truth Honor & Integrity Show" (13k subscribers) a year or two back.  He claimed to be a close associate of hers, so I'm curious why he'd have so many more subscribers.  Back then, it was a great resource and seemed to be on the side of humanity.  He spoke often about the internal fighting between the Cabal members.  Based on what he was sharing, I'm surprised he lasted this long.  Does anyone know about him and his affiliations?  I feel like I need to review his material and see if he mentioned the Pleiades, and the general disposition towards them.

IMHO the federation's morality does not value individual bodies.  It doesn't.  To them, bodies are like cars... cars that practically grow on trees.  You can jump in one, do a few things, then be on your way.  A life is not important.  If you lose one, simply get another.  The same could be true millions of lives.  To them, the value is found in an stable culture, one that does not destroy itself, adds to the spiritual wealth of the universe, gets along well with the neighbors, maintains a reasonably positive relationships between the higher and lower dimensions, and withstands the tests of time.   humanity probably ranks pretty low in those regards.  Therefor, I doubt that they care much for our predicament.  In their minds, if we are unhappy here, we should simply incarnate elsewhere, and if our race disappears, it could easily be replaced.  Also, I doubt that they know much about living in the 3d Matrix, where past life memory is lost, incarnations intentions are perverted, dimensional perception is highly limited, and a from of spiritual madness abounds that compels many to tumble through life like a hunted, blind person in the jungle, while also lost at sea.  Hopefully the star seeds will show them the dangers of this place and the depth of the malice involved in how the mystery school is run.  On the other hand, the new wave of star seeds may indicate that  a fresh new spirit of humanity is emerging from this strange and difficult environment, walking away from the spiritual P90x, ready to take it's place among the stars...

or... that a brand new slave race, with an angry spirit and freshly installed AI is ready for martial duty.

One interesting thought: it will be a hell of a day when a million woke humans, seeped in "victim mentality," gunning for equality via a new socialist revolution, discover that they have been imprisoned on a literal "planet of oppression" as the galactic "Bourgeoisie" circle overhead in the comfort of their ships.  It may be the start of a larger revolution to make WW2 Germany seem like a walk in the park.  I wonder who would be behind that movement?  I wonder if they control the AI or if the AI controls them.  Maybe Earth politics is just for practice.  I wonder if "Attack of the Clones" was prophetic

Regarding the interstellar filaments of energy, where do they come from and where do they go?
Why do this energy filament make the sun glow, but not the planets?
How does the energy that flows into the sun's poles become the energy that radiates from its surface?
Is it dangerous to approach the sun?  How should it be done?  Are there paths?
To find a portal, do you head for the sun's bright spots or the dark spots?
Is the force the holds our feet to the ground, the same force that holds the planets within the flat solar plane?
Does the tilt of our planet's axis cause unhealthy effects?
Why does the moon seem unaffected by the sun's gravity?  Shouldn't the sun snatch it away?
What is the significance of the solar eclipse, where the moon precisely blocks the sun? (this must have been a difficult thing to arrange.)
Can we witness anti-gravity effects within a tornado's vortex?
   (you can see items rising, but rarely see items sucked in horizontally across the ground.  Also, items "dance" in the sky for far longer than they should)
Where does volcanic and geyser heat come from?
   (Seems odd that molten rock would flow for miles through stone from the core, only to make a tiny bubbly puddle on the surface.)
