Kim had mentioned they are dark lower astral shadow like people with red eyes and yes they exist and also another data point from my research is in William Tompkins book Selected by Extraterrestrials: My life in the top secret world of UFOs., think-tanks and Nordic secretaries...William Tompkins talks about him and a Nordic Taygetan woman barely escaping from a few shadow people with red eyes intended to capture them.

What are your thoughts on this and do you have any additional research on the shadow people with red eyes?
